CSV Import & Export

Importing Leads

1. Go to the Leads page and click "Import CSV"
2. Upload a CSV file with headers in the first row
3. Map columns to system fields
4. Select a target campaign (optional)
5. Click "Import"

File Format

The file should be in CSV format with UTF-8 encoding. Supported fields: name, phone, email, and custom fields.

Export

Click the "Export" button on the leads page to export all leads (or filtered leads) to a CSV file.
