Terms of Service

By using LeadHub services ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and LeadHub Systems Ltd. ("the Company").

LeadHub is a SaaS platform for lead management, sales and marketing automation. The service includes, among others:

• Lead management and sales tracking
• WhatsApp and SMS automation
• Campaign management and integrations
• Reports and analytics
• Team management and permissions
• Internal chat and tasks

Using the Service requires creating an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

The Service is offered in various plans with monthly or annual payments. Prices and plan details are listed on the Pricing page.

The Company may change prices with 30 days advance notice. A 14-day free trial is available for new users.

Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be given for partial periods.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and business purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Using for spam or sending unsolicited messages
• Uploading illegal, offensive or infringing content
• Attempting to hack, interfere with or disrupt the system
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Using the API contrary to documentation

All rights in the Service, including source code, design, logo and trademarks, belong to the Company. No intellectual property rights are granted beyond the usage license.

Content you upload remains your property. You grant the Company a limited license to store, process and display this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee continuous and full availability. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

The Service is provided "AS IS". The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

The Company's liability shall in no event exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or unlawful use of the Service.

You may close your account at any time. The Company may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, with advance notice where possible.

After account closure, your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

The Company may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be adjudicated in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
