Lead Statuses
Statuses allow you to track the lead's stage in the sales process.
Default Statuses
- New: Lead received and not yet handled
- In Progress: Lead is in an active sales process
- Interested: Lead expressed interest in purchasing
- Not Relevant: Lead is not a fit
- Completed: Deal closed successfully
Customization
You can define custom statuses in Settings > Statuses. Each status can have a name, color and order.
Changing Status
Change status from a lead card, or select multiple leads for a bulk change.
