Lead Statuses Explained

Lead Statuses

Statuses allow you to track the lead's stage in the sales process.

Default Statuses

  • New: Lead received and not yet handled
  • In Progress: Lead is in an active sales process
  • Interested: Lead expressed interest in purchasing
  • Not Relevant: Lead is not a fit
  • Completed: Deal closed successfully

Customization

You can define custom statuses in Settings > Statuses. Each status can have a name, color and order.
